Privacy Policy

Data we process: only when you click generate subtitles (or enable auto-generate), the extension sends the video URL, page title, and content identifier to create subtitles. In tab audio capture mode, audio from that tab is sent for speech recognition and stored temporarily (up to 1 day).

What we do not collect: your browsing history, other page contents, passwords, or cookies.

Accounts: your email (if signed in) and a random device ID for license management. License keys are stored hashed.

Subtitles: generated subtitles are cached and reused for viewers watching the same content, unlinked from your identity.

Data deletion / takedown requests: contact support; we process requests within 7 days.

Payments: payment data is handled by the payment gateway, and we never receive or store card numbers.For an order we keep your email, the plan, the amount and the payment provider's transaction ID. Bank transfers (VietQR) are matched to an order by the transfer reference code. For crypto payments we keep the transaction ID, network and amount; we never store your wallet keys.

Reports: when you send a report, we store its category, your message, the site and address of the page, the extension version, your browser, diagnostics filtered to remove secrets, and the email or subject if you choose to enter them. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit spam.

Requests: data deletion, takedown and privacy requests can be sent through the report form on this site; no account or extension is needed.
