Subtitles appeared in a real test.
What the site is
TXXX (txxx.com) runs on the KVS video platform and plays videos in JW Player, placed directly in the page under the block #player-1. A video page address has the form /videos/{number}/{title}/; without the title part the site redirects you elsewhere, so only the full form counts as a video page. Links from the related list add ?fr= and rp= parameters, which do not change the number. txxx.tube serves the same videos with the same numbers. The /embed/{number}/ address refused to open directly when we checked it.
Are subtitles available?
TXXX has no subtitle track for its videos. The subtitles come from speech recognition followed by machine translation, so they are a helpful guide rather than a professional translation.
How to use the extension on this site
- Install the extension and sign in with your license key.
- Open the video page and start playing.
- Pick the subtitle language, then press the subtitle badge on the player.
- Open a video page and press play.
- The number is only accepted when the page confirms it. The page must be a video page, its canonical link must contain the number, and the og:url tag and the embed address in the structured data, when present, must agree. If the page and the address disagree, nothing is labelled.
- Only the JW Player video element inside #player-1 can be the film. Preview clips inside the thumbnail listings are ignored.
- When JW Player switches into its advertising mode, or the VAST plugin is active, the element is treated as an ad. A source from a known ad network also counts as an ad, which covers the case where the ad replaces the source before the player raises its ad flag.
- The page also loads small advertising frames from the same host under /static/da/ that play a seven-second trailer. These are skipped and never start a subtitle session.
- When the real video is playing, the badge appears and subtitles follow the speech.

- Covered domains: txxx.com and txxx.tube. www.txxx.com and m.txxx.com redirect to txxx.com.
- How TXXX moves between videos was not measured, because clicking a related video in our automated browser opened pop-under ad tabs. The extension therefore uses its general method to notice a change of video here. If you see lines that do not fit, reload the page.
Subtitle languages
Choose the target language in the extension: Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish and English are the main ones, and the translation API also supports Chinese, Korean, Thai, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, French, German, Hindi, Arabic and Turkish.
FAQ
Can I watch TXXX videos with English subtitles if the audio is Japanese?
Yes. The Japanese speech is recognised and translated. You can also choose Spanish, Indonesian, Portuguese, Vietnamese or another target instead of English.
Does txxx.tube work too?
Yes. It is the same catalogue with the same video numbers, and it is covered by the adapter.
Why does nothing happen on the thumbnail previews?
Previews in the listings are short trailer clips, not the video you opened. The extension only works with the main JW Player element.
A small ad box on the page started playing a clip. Will that get subtitles?
No. Those boxes are frames under the site's /static/da/ path that play short trailers, and the extension skips them.
What if I open a link without the title part?
TXXX itself redirects such links away from the video, so there is nothing to subtitle. Open the full video link instead.
Is there anything to set up for TXXX?
No. Install the extension, choose your language once, and open a video. The adapter for this site is loaded automatically when you visit it.
