What the site is
JAVSubID (javsubid.sx) uses the RetroTube theme. A title page has an address that begins with the product code followed by an Indonesian slug, such as /ebwh-365-... . There is no video element in the page when it loads: an empty player area with a thumbnail waits for a script to fill it. When you press play, the film is expected to load in an iframe from a host like streamget.win or streamvid.dev.
Are subtitles available?
Indonesian text appears in the titles, but that does not guarantee a subtitle track in the player. The extension creates subtitles from the audio itself, so the result does not depend on the uploader.
How to use the extension on this site
- Install the extension and sign in with your license key.
- Open the video page and start playing.
- Pick the subtitle language, then press the subtitle badge on the player.
- Open the title page. The extension recognises the film from the address, using the product code at the start, for example EBWH-365.
- Press play. The player area is filled by the site's script, and the frame from the source host appears only after that. Until it does, there is nothing to attach to.
- When the frame opens, the extension attaches to it and draws translated lines over the film. The title still comes from the main page, because the frame address is not tied to a film.
- The main page has no video element before play, so ad clips are not a problem there. Anything that loads in the page is still checked before a badge is shown.
- Choose Indonesian as the target if you want the lines to match the language of the page, or any other language the translation service supports.
- Going to another title loads a new page and a new session; the earlier film's subtitles are removed.
Good to know
- Supported: in the 2026-10-22 test the key was correct (EBWH-365) on a real page. When we pressed play, a script of the site failed on its own and the source frame never appeared, so the film itself was not observed. No subtitle line was seen, and the site is not marked verified.
- If the player stays empty after you press play, reload the page or try again later. This is a fault of the site's script and not something the extension can repair.
- A second address, javsubid.tv, is mentioned in notes but could not be checked, so it is not in the adapter.
Subtitle languages
Choose the target language in the extension: Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish and English are the main ones, and the translation API also supports Chinese, Korean, Thai, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, French, German, Hindi, Arabic and Turkish.
FAQ
The page is in Indonesian. Do I have to choose Indonesian?
No. The page language does not matter. The audio is Japanese and you choose the language of the subtitles in the extension.
Why does nothing happen before I press play?
The player area is empty until the site's script runs. The extension needs a video to follow, so it waits for the source frame.
Which source hosts are recognised?
The adapter knows streamget.win and streamvid.dev as player hosts for this site. Other hosts are not assumed to work.
Is javsubid.tv supported?
Not at the moment. It is mentioned as a possible mirror, but we could not verify it, so only javsubid.sx is listed.
Does the extension store the film?
No. It does not host or download video, and it only places subtitles over the player that the page itself loads.
