What the site is
Jable (jable.tv) is a Japanese adult-video streaming site with a clean layout. Each watch page has its own address under /videos/ followed by a lower-case slug, and the player sits directly in the page, with no frame from another host. jable.tv is the only domain the adapter lists; the www form is accepted, and no other mirror has been measured, so none is assumed.
Are subtitles available?
Subtitle availability on Jable varies by title and language. The extension adds its own subtitle layer on top, generated from the audio, so it does not matter whether the site has any.
How to use the extension on this site
- Install the extension and sign in with your license key.
- Open the video page and start playing.
- Pick the subtitle language, then press the subtitle badge on the player.
- Open the watch page and press play. The main player (a video element called player inside the Plyr container) is attached directly; ad players that load inside the page are recognised as ads and skipped.
- Plyr loads advertising through its own ad layer, and the site also shows small native widgets with looping ten-second clips. Both are treated as ads, not as the film.
- The title is tracked by the slug in the page address. The extension checks that the address matches the page before it starts, so a half-loaded page does not start a wrong job. The site's internal numeric id is not used, because it is not reliable as a title key.
- Jable has no product-code rule in the extension, so a title is never keyed by a product code here; the slug is the key.
- Opening another title reloads the page and starts a new session.
Good to know
- Beta: Jable is behind Cloudflare checks and our automated test could not open it on 2026-10-22. The adapter exists and is unit-tested; the project owner is testing it by hand.
- If a title already has subtitles burned into the picture, they stay visible; the extension's subtitles appear as a separate layer.
Subtitle languages
Choose the target language in the extension: Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish and English are the main ones, and the translation API also supports Chinese, Korean, Thai, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, French, German, Hindi, Arabic and Turkish.
FAQ
Can I get Jable with English subtitles?
Yes, by choosing English as the target language. The extension transcribes the audio and translates it.
Will it replace subtitles already burned into the video?
No. Subtitles burned into the picture cannot be removed. The extension shows its own lines above or below them.
Is Jable verified?
Not yet. It is marked beta until a real run shows subtitles on screen.
Why does the badge not appear while the ad is playing?
The ad is played by a separate ad layer inside the player. The extension treats it as an advertisement and waits for the real film, which starts after the ad ends.
Do the subtitles survive a page refresh?
A refresh loads the page again and starts a new session for the same title address, so the subtitle badge appears again once the player is ready.
Does jable.tv have another address I can use?
Only jable.tv is covered. If the site moves to a new domain, the extension may fall back to the generic detector until the adapter is updated.
